Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
sir i am having pain in my left side lower abdomen for last few days.. i have been taking aciloc 150 and nutrolin b plus capsule and antacid but not getting relief pain shifts and some times goes to back and leg also ...what medicine should i take to get relief
Before coming to a diagnosis, I would like to know if your pain in your left lower side of abdomen is intermittent, does it increase while breathing, is that area very tender to touch, does it increase on having food? The pain in that area could either be a ureteric colic, appendicitis, kidney stone. In any case if this pain persists, I would suggest you to take an Ultrasound abdomen and then consult with a doctor in your area for proper abdomen examination and management.
I hope this helps. Kindly revert back for any further queries. Thank you
