Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain

I am experiencing lower abdomen pain. It started last Friday. Threw up 3 times with cramping pain that comes and lasts for 10 to 15 seconds then goes down, I am bloated and feeling gas but having a hard time releasing it. I am also constipated. Been drinking water, tea, and eating soup and baked chicken but still constipated, My stomach is distended and the pain feels sharp mostly now but was more tingling with pain and pressure that starts small then escalates.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably it is due to gastritis, other possibilities are renal colic due to minor stones somewhere in your urinary tract. As of now you can take antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief. If pain persists, better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
