Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain

Hi I have been experience lower abdominal pain in the last hour, its really painful. I have been treated for a kidney infection and was having spasms in my stomach so was sent to the hospital as the my own gp thought I had a kidney stone. I am currently waiting on the results of my scan. I am taking Tramadol, co-comdamol and diclofenac. The pain in my lower abdominal has just started today.

if the pain is spasmodic pain then along with analgesic u should start with anti spasmodic drug too . and also if you have any burning sensation while urination in that case alkaliser should be started too. have plenty of oral fluids. and if pain persists then go ahead with ultrasonography kub region.
