Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain After Back Surgeries
I have had four back surgeries in last year and half. Complaints now include lower back pain, going down left leg to foot and elelectricity on ankle and foot. Also last few days fave had fecal leaking. I really am feeling bummed out and need some help. Have great surgeon and pain management doctor, but think we need help. Is there any chance of cauda equine? Thanks for any help you can provide. Marjorie
First thing is back pain is quite common after any major surgery of back. Second, age is also an important determinant as far as back pain is concerned what you have not mentioned. I will advice you to take some pain killer like zerodol-p or biozobid-plus only when your pain is worse enough to disturb your routine work. Apart from this you can take some calcium supplement like tab shalcal once daily preferably in afternoon. You can do some physiotherapy exercises after an expert opinion of physiotherapist. I will also advice you to sleep on a plain surface as it is very helpful in case of back pain specially after any surgical procedure. Thank You
