General & Family Physician 's  Response
Many things can cause low back injuries, such as muscle strain or spasm, sprains of ligaments, joint problems or a slipped disk. Back pain with leg weakness and tingling sensation is mostly caused by slipped disc. A slipped disk (also called a herniated disk) happens when a disk between the bones of the spine bulges and presses on nerves. This is often caused by twisting while lifting.
Advice
1.     Take rest
2.     Hot fomentation with slight warm water
3.     Ibuprofen 600 mg per oral thrice daily for 5 days after meal then ibuprofen 600 mg per oral when pain occurs
4.     Ranitidine 150 mg per oral thrice daily for 5 days
5.     Methylcobalamin 500 mcg once daily per oral for 3 months
6.     Gabapentin 300 mg (Capsule Neuronti 300 mg) thrice daily per oral for one month
7.     Consult a physiotherapist for exercise
Thanks
