Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Hotness On The Penis

I accidently got icy hot on my penis, is this damaging? I was having lower back pain from getting thrown around in police training so I put icy hot on my back and washed my hands in soap and water. I then went in laid down for about 5 mins then needed to pee. Sooooooo I peed and went and laid down again and thats when my penis started to feel like I had just poured lighter fluid on my penis and lit it on fire. I immediatly took a shower (which made the pain worse) and it went away after about 10 mins of showering. Did this desensitize anything? Thanks much

Do you have burning micturation, pus discharge from the penis
If you have possible UTI that may sometimes associated with Low-backpain

Did you have any lesion on the penis (ulcer/cracks)
these are important features, a doctor need to examine for the same.
Does this sensation occur after mastrubation?

Sometimes when person urinate after intercourse/mastrubation the hot burning sensation also occurs.
Proper h/o will help to reach certian diagnosis. You can for routine microscopy of urine if had burning micturation
