Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Muscle Pulls

I am 60 years old male, every morning when i wake up, i feel pain in the lower back area (moderate pain and ache), the pain stays for couple of hours and goes away by itself. This started last year when i was stretching my back and pulled my muscle, the muscle pain then went away after a few days but this morning ache condition stayed ever since. I have also injured in tail bone couple of years ago (in 2005), when i fell from stairs on my bottom, the pain went away a couple of months after the injury with some rest, and the pain then was in the hips region, now teh pain is in lower back area which spans to teh sides and teh stomach region as well.

Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your symptoms of lower back pain following a previous fall from a stair I am suggesting the following differential diagnosis

Disc prolapse
In view of this please do the following test MRI TEST
LUMBOSACRAL X-RAY
please see an orthopaedic specialist for expert clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
Meanwhile please take some analgesic pending your appointment
