Hi..I fell backwards off a ladder about 4ft on Tuesday I landed on my bum and went backwards and hit my head. I had a lump on my head and later felt like whiplash..my waist hips and lower Back ache...no bruises except my elbow...no pain to walk about but an uncomfortable ache...should I return to work Monday after a week off
