Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Weight Gain

I am 45 years old. In the past two years I have gained 70lbs (I am not eating more.) I have severe lower back pain when I walk. I am bloated gassy, fatigued, my face and hands swell, and lately when I have a bowl movement sometimes there is blood when I wipe. I am on a water pill and blood pressure medication. I also have a Mirena for 2 1/2 years now. I see a chiropractor for 11/2 years once a week and bought very expensive custom orthotics for my shoes, but no relief. I have been to the doctors numerous times and all they tell me is I suffer from stress and that is why I am feeling this way. Blood tests have be taken but nothing found.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

You can make changes in your diet and get your thyroid levels done. Consult a physiotherapist to help you with back massage and therapies for pain. After recovery continue cardio exercise to loose weight.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
