You need to consult Spine specialist here or at least a Practitioner who can advise you to undergo further medical investigations like CAT SCAN or MRI. As you give history of impact to your backbone, it must have remained dormant till now but now the symptoms have started to show up. Just hope that it turns out to be muscular but never neglect spinal/vertebral injury if any. Wish you luck and may you visit specialist for help at earliest.
