Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain On The Right Side

I have had a severe lower back pain on the right side and it is now also on the lower right side of my abdomen. It has been here for about a week to 10 days and is getting worse and spreading. No fever or chills, just intense pain. It is difficult to turn or twist or lay on right side, even jostling in the car intensifies the pain.

Take rest in bed,avoid bending,twisting spine for 5 days.Take Advil tabs twice daily after meals.use hot packs and application of muscle relaxant gel.you will recover
