Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain Post An Accident
About an hour ago I fell down half a flight of stairs landing on my lower back, ( just above the top part of my bottom.) I am nice in pain and can t get comfortable at all in any position. I have a very large swelling on the part where I fell. Advice please.

It could be due to spine related problems like prolapsed disc and associated nerve compression.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated. You might require an MRI scan for further assessment.
