HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

I am sorry to hear that you are in so much painful distress.

At the moment you are taking a combination of 2 pain killers along with a muscle relaxant.
Since there is no improvement in the pain, you may need to get a stronger pain killer. The co codomol may need to temporarily changed to an alternative medication.

IN addition, the use of warm compresses to the back to aid in muscle relaxation ( 2 to 3 times daily for 15 to 20 mins) plus a referral from your doctor to a physiotherapist, may be needed for improvement to occur.

I hope this helps
