Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Half a year ago I was on a trampoline and landed on my head, my back snapped backwards and my lower back hurt for about two weeks before it went away. Now whenever I do exercises like deadlifts the lower back pain comes back in the evening and goes away the next day. What should I do about this?
HI Well come to HCM If this was the history of fall and you have not done any x-ray study then it is advisable to get done the x-ray of injured part, till then this can be treated with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain released once in day, if x-ray is unremarkable the physiotherapy would be the best option for this, take care.
