Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

I have been having lower back pain for some years now, couple of times went to see a gyna who prescribed painkillers. Sometimes, I have pain at my upper should blade (leftside) & back of neck. always feels tired but I manage to brush the tiredness and do my daily house chores. I work as a legal secretary and sometimes have a very stressful day, I have a lot to think about and makes me moody occasionally. I have 2 kids (7yrs & 3/9yrs old). doctor told me that it s spinal arthritis after some examining me. Got 2 inj (Diclofenac 75mg/3ml & Lincocin 600mg/2ml), erythromycin 250mg tinidazole tabs 500mg ibuprofen 400mg. After my all the doses I felt much better, only tiredness & minor pains. my failure is drinking water & sitting at my desk 6-7 hours. What would be your advise on all this?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that you might be having osteo-artheritis of vertebrae giving rise all these symptoms.
Go for x-ray of cervical and lumbo-sacral region to confirm spondilitis.
Afterwards go for,
1, physiotherapy,
2, short way diathermy and
3, if require cervical or lumbar traction after consulting orthopedic surgeon.
Take calcium, vitamin D and B12 supplements.
Ok and take care.
