Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

I have pain in my back, I have a difficult time making up a bed as I need to sit for a few minutes for the pain in my lower back to go away. I had xrays done by a chiropractor and he tells me my back is wore out. My regular doctor said it may be my sacarilac when I told him where the pain was. He said I could go see a back doctor if I wanted to and maybe get shots to relieve the pain. As of today I have not done that as my brother told me they don t work anyway. I just would like to do somethings without my back and my knees giving me pain. Like even going up steps. Any suggestions? FYI I am 65 years old and have had this pain for several years.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the chronic pain and not being investigated then better to get done the MRI test, till then it can be well managed with any NSAID but best choice would be Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day try to maintain the good posture, hope this information
