General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you probably are having a kidney infection or kidney stones. I can recommend you to do an urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound. Also doing a vaginal smear and pap smear is advisable according to your abnormal pap smear history.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
