Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

I have been having lower back pain for several months. I have had two MRIs that show bulging discs and a non-displaced fracture of the sacrum. My primary form of exercise is golf. Could golf cause the fractured sacrum? I haven t had any recent falls that would have caused it.

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Bulging disc and non-displaced fracture of sacrum could by cause by golfing or a pathologic fracture from bone conditions like infection or metastatic cancers. No matter the cause, these condition can be very painful.Treatment options may include different lines of pain drugs depending on pain intensity, steriods, physical therapy/waist belt.I will suggest you see a Neurosurgeon for evaluation and best treatment options.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
