Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain
Hiyya,
Am not sure if am in early labour, i've been getting lower back pain, cramps like period cramps and the other day i had abit of a dribble of clear fluid down my leg. Am unsure about whether i should contact the midwife or not.

What the duration of pregnancy? If it's around nine months your pain is suggestive of labour pains. Dribbling of clear fluids indicate rupture of amniotic sac which may be due to contractions. This initiates labour contractions and pain. This needs to be taken with care and you need to consult expert obstetrician nearby you and get yourself examined. All the best.
