Welcome to health care magic.
1.
Back pain causes due to two causes first thing due to age related degenerative changes in the disc, second possible cause could be positional abnormalities.
2.In your case i think its positional abnormality. Generally the course of treatment is first exercises followed by the
physiotherapy and finally interventional / operative treatment.
3.Before that one need to get
MRI spine done - MRI will help to evaluate the status of the disc,
nerve , spinal chord.
4.Sugget to see your treating doctor and get an MRI scan done - that will clarify the cause for the pain.
