Suggest Treatment For Lower Left Abdominal Pain And Painful Urination
had a DR. look at me last week for pain in lower left abdomen , said no hernia felt but probably a pulled muscle but the last four days a central burning light pain in the lower left area of abdomen that gets keyed up by physical effort, and get irritated by not going to bathroom soon enough, BM normal, urination good but pain does not go away. some times when passing gas it is greatly releaved. can not stand to straight up feels very strained.

Your pain in the left lower abdomen with painful urination can be related to some kind of urine infection. You must adequate precautions for the same. drink plenty of water - at least 2-3 liters of water per day and thus maintain proper hydration. Avoid eating spicy and oily food. Also, reduce the intake of tea and coffee.
However if this does not work out then you need to get yourself investigated. Get a urine routine test done along with complete blood count. Also, do get an ultrasound abdomen done - so that we can know the exact cause of pain (eg- kidney stone) and plan the treatment accordingly.
