General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The abdomen issue is from underlying inflammation due to various reasons with secondary manifestations at a systemic level.

A basic evaluation of vital parameters with your primary care provider is mandatory to decide further guidelines management; though primary relief with oral rehydration salt and analgesic as Tylenol will be obtained.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
