Suggest Treatment For Lower Right Abdominal Pain , Nausea And Hot Flashes
Intense pain in my lower right abdomen side and back. Nasaue, hot flashes, loss of appetite, diarrhea, always a dull pain that increases til I m immobile then decreases over and over for 3 days What the hell is going on and is it important I go to an ER?

The symptoms seem to be related to appendicitis. I suggest you to go to the emergency room for further evaluation. An abdominal ultrasound and a complete blood count is needed. Meanwhile, I suggest using spasmolytic such as Buscopan to treat the pain.
