Suggest Treatment For Lower Right Flank Pain
Hello, As per your history, it may be due to muscle sprain. As you have done all investigations to rule out any other possibilities. For sprain, you can take tablet acetaminophen. Apply diclofenac gel. Heating pads will also help. In case of not getting relief, you may require MRI back after consultation Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shyam B.
