Suggest Treatment For Lower Stomach Pain
Hi for the last few days ive had lower stomach pain and i keep wanting to open my bowels with normal stools, i have got IBS and reflex, i am on medication. Mebeverine, lansoprazole, Gaviscon, Dihydrocodeine, Levothyroxine 50m . I would appreciate if you could give me some sort of answers for my condition. Thank you

Hello,
It may be due to several causes. For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, ultrasound abdomen after surgeon consultation.
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Till then you can take tablet acetaminophen and dicyclomine. Take hygienic food and water. ]Take soft balanced diet.
