my latest mri lumbar spine report states early lumbar spondylosis and disc degeneration with mild to moderate central disc prolapse ar L5/S1 causing mild thecal sac indentation without significant spinal canal or foraminal stenosis and mri thoracic spine states small lesion in the vertebral body of T10, appearance suggest a vertebral bony haemangioma incidental finding - What does this mean and is there any other treatment besides pain killers; celebrex 200mg and synflex 275mg
