Suggest Treatment For Lump Behind Ear

Hello, I have a linear lump behind my ear, i dont what each parts of the ears are called, so I hope it s fine with a description. It stretches from the top of the earlobe to the area right next to the head which the skin of the ear cover up. It s non-visible unless you push the ear forward. It doesnt bother me much, but it hurts when i touch it. Do you have any idea what it might be?
