My current is is also back related but lower coxxyc area. I have 2 large egg shaped masses under the skin that can be seen and also palated. They are almost equally spread apart above the crack area it below the waist. They are very tender and sore and cause me to be restless. Not sure what they are but would love to get rid of them!
