I have a hard bump right under my belly button I had one there before it hurt me and was hard I took something and poke it open ND pus came out and became flat and healed and now I have another but smaller than the one before under my belly button on a different side idid the same thing ND pus came out ND became any idea why is this happening ?
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What appears from your description is that you could have had an infected sebeceous cyst at the navel region. Since you have already punchered it partially, the infected material has come out in the form of pus. As you might not have taken aseptic precautions and drained it properly, there is a chance of reinfection at the same site. Kindly get it examined by Surgeon and get it explored as well as drained completely under aseptic precautions with local anaesthesia by means of a minor surgical procedure, without further delay. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
