Suggest Treatment For Lump Near Ear And Ear Pain

Hi I just suddenly felt a Charlie horse type pain behind my right ear. There is a hard lump and it hurts my ear, the right side of the mandible and down me neck. It is red. And it hurts to turn my neck. My ear feels similar to how it feels with swimmers ear what should I do? It is also painful to touch

Welcome to HCM,
i appreciate your concern.
This may be a external or middle ear infection followed by lymph node swelling in the neck.
You can start taking some analgesic and some antibiotics like amoxycillin+clavulinic acid.
I also shall advise you to consult an ent specialist as early as possible.because proper investigation is necessary too..
