Suggest Treatment For Lump Near Ear, Bad Cramps, Bloating, Backache And Diarrhea

Hi I have had a lump only small were my ear joins the neck for over a year have been told by numerous doctors it s nothing to worry abt but 3 -4 weeks ago it got itchy and started to swell up. Docs told me to leave it put me on second course of different antibiotics as first lot did nothing within a couple of hours of taking first dose I started to feel tired and started to bleed after only being ten days into cycle. Bad cramps, bloating & pain localised to the right side of stomach, backache, mainly noticeable after eating, diarrhoea. Do not feel comfortable most of the time so struggle to get to sleep but usually wake feeling better. went back to doc told me to stop taking ponstan finish antibiotics. I have pain when ovulating but usually bearable and sometimes hurts when having sex. Still having all the issues except bleeding stopped after 5 days. What do you suggest I do?

Hi,

Noted your history of a lump below hte ear that started swelling up, under treatment of the same ,started bleeding, pain in abdomen to right lower side, has history of dyspareunia that is pain during sex and so on.
All your history is suggestive that you have two different issues:
The swelling can be a lymph node or an infected cyst and needs its own treatment.
Pain in lower abdomen with associated symptoms are suggestive of a need for further proper investigations as follows:
Consult a Gynecologist to have per-vaginal examination along with trans-vaginal and abdominal Ultrasound to see for the cause and get treated accordingly.
If the pain is due to Pelvic Inflammatory Disease that is PID then medical management may help for a cure.
If there is any other problem like Ovarian cyst, salpingitis, appendicitis and so on then you will need a surgical treatment.
