Suggest Treatment For Lump On Lower Back, Sharp Bruising Pain In Groin

I have a golf ball sized lump on the left lower portion of my back located right next to my hip causing alot of pressure on my back and hip while standing it sends a sharp burning pain down my leg into my groin. I can t do much as far as getting through the store and its also has my anxiety through the roof because I dont want to lose my fiance do to the fact that the I cant enjoy an evening without worrying about the pain in my back and hi. Can you help please

Hi, lump over back needs to me examined by general surgeon,by descriptions only one cannot make diagnosis. It can be liopma,dermoid cyst,large boil etc but doctor can not comment on that without clinical examination.Don't worry u go to surgeon and get excised it under anesthesia, u will also be free from grion pain.
