hey there, i have a small lump about the size of a pea on the shaft of my penis,it is hard and it has been there for about 3 days, i am going to be engaging in sexual activity and I am worried the female will not approve, is there anyway to get rid of this?

it requeres local examination for diagnosis. any way gofor std test. get it treated first then think of sexual activity.
