Suggest Treatment For Lump On Right Hip Causing Pain In Legs, Toes And Sciatic Nerve

I have a lump on my right hip that my doctor says is a fatty deposit. It feels like it is on a nerve and when I am in a reclining or laying down position, my toes and legs start aching. Then it even affects my pelvic area and makes me feel like I may be getting a bladder infection. My legs finally get to the point that I can barely touch them because they feel on edge (if that makes sense). I sit up at night to sleep so I don t have this problem, though it is still to some extent there. Right below this lump, at the bottom of my hip, the bone hurts to touch. The lump also bothers me to touch. I laid on my side to do an exercise a few weeks ago, and I felt like I laid on a rock. I sat up and felt for one. Laid back down and felt the pain again. This is when I realized this bone was hurting. Off an on my sciatic nerve does give me problems at the top of my hip and it makes my whole leg ache. It all seems to be in a line down my hip, from where the nerve hurts, to the lump, to the bone that hurts. Thank you for any help you can give me. Sorry for your time, I didn t know there was a fee.
