General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms don't seem to be related to each other. The lump in the shoulder can be related to lipoma which is a fat tissue. They are generally soft to the touch, movable, and painless. They don't require treatment if they are not symptomatic.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
