Suggest Treatment For Lump On The Back Side Of The Head,causing Severe Headache And Nausea

Hi I have a hard painful lump on the back right side of my head. It s been there for a few days and I m getting pretty bad headaches and nausea with the pain seeming to come from the lump. I also get really bad pain behind my eyes and it sometimes get blurry vision. The lump is a little bigger then a pea. What could it be?

I really appreciate your concern, it is very unlikely that the given symptoms could be due to this lesion and to clear the doubt it is advisable to get done the test and best would be CT of head, in my opinion this could be formation of abscess, hope this information helps, take care.
