Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

A cellular angiofibroma on posterior vaginal wall needs to be removed surgically. Since it is a vascular tumor, it can cause bleeding if not removed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
