Suggest Treatment For Lumps And Severe Pain In The Shin

I had a injury on my shins about a week ago. There was swelling and bruising. Around the hardest hit spots in the shins there are wounds and redness, there is a bit of pain but the pain has been getting worst. There are several lumps on the shin. Should I see someone about this

As you explain the situation this is a normal finding in such injuries however if you see.that something is not ok than I suggest you to discuss with your doctor just for safety.
