Suggest Treatment For Lumps On Top Of Head

I have three solid lumps on top of my head under my hair. One is bigger than the other two but about half an inch wide I think. They re painless, I am just curious if it could be serious and needs checked out or if it s nothing major. I ve had them for at least a couple years.

Hi, the solid lumps on the head (scalp) seems to be sebecious cyst. It is caused due to blockage of ducts of sebecious glands in the skin leading to collection od sebum. Many a times it is harmless. But if it gets infected, it becomes bigger, red and causes pain.
You can get it removed by an minor surgical procedure under local anaesthesia.
