Suggest Treatment For Lumps Under The Breasts

I have large lumps under both of my breasts. They seem to get larger and more painful, but lately I have also noticed pea sized balls underneath my skin also. Theymove when and where they want. I have also noticed a string type thing under that feels like a vein, but it s not. It is extremely painful. My skin also turns yellow/purple from time to time. What s wrong with me?
