Suggest Treatment For Lumps Under The Breasts

I have a small lump under my right nipple and just to the left. its almost directly underneath the outer ring of my nipple. like I said its under the skin probably a centimeter wide. its painful to push down on that area, and im worried. I just noticed the lump now but I have noticed my right nipple are hurting if I touch it with pressure. what should I do? im worried that it could be something bad. I am an 18 year old male.

Hi,

Breast ultrasound can help your doctor determine whether a breast lump is fluid-filled or solid.
A fluid-filled area usually indicates a breast cyst. A solid-appearing mass most likely is a noncancerous lump, such as a fibroadenoma, but solid lumps also could be breast cancer.
Visit a general surgeon. He may plan a fine needle aspiration or needle biopsy or excisional biopsy.
