Suggest Treatment For Lung Cancer That Has Spread To The Ribs

My brother has lung cancer at stage 4. The tumour is about 4cm and has spread to the ribs. He has been taking chemotherapy for 13 sessions. Tumour had reduced from 10cm to 3cm, then grew to 6cm before being reduced to 3cm. Should he continue with chemo and start radiotherapy or try out chinese traditional meds. What is survival prognosis?

Carry on with this chemo- and Radio-therapy. Don't go for tradiltional chinese or any other parallel therapy. It's never recommended.

Prognosis depends on the type and stage/grade of carcinoma of the lungs.
