Suggest Treatment For Lymph Node In The Neck

my daughter had hodgkins in 1991. she was placed on radiation for a lymphnode in the neck. she became so sick and weight loss that the treatment had to be stopped . now she has a lump at the outter border of the breast in the medial sternal location. today this lumph has grown to a 3 cm hard painful lumph that is now red and has a pulling pain that has begun to radiate toward the nipple. IN your opinion, do you think this may be cancerous?
