Hi I am having pattern baldness . So I went to a dermatologist and he prescribed me tugain and finpecia . I checked on internet finasteride has many side effects like impotence, erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, and ejaculation disorder . So I am confused about this Medicine . please suggest.
