Suggest Treatment For Male Pattern Baldness

Hi, I am taking a medicine called Propecia (Finasteride) for my male pattern baldness. I am 22 years old student and it is quite difficult for me to afford it. I found out that there is a generic version of this drug available online. Just wondering if would be as safe and effective as the branded one?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Male pattern baldness can occur due to genetic predisposition and sensitivity of hair follicles to androgenic hormones leading to hair fall..
As you are taking Finesteride that is used in Male Pattern baldness and it acts by suppressing androgenic hormones and helps in reducing hairfall..
In case if you are taking it without consent with a Trichologist, you should better consult a Trichologist as Finesteride can cause side effects like temporary loss of libido..
As far as generic medicines are concerned, they can be taken as they have slightly lesser effect as they are not precisely formulated bt have similar effect like branded one..
You can also apply Minoxidil 5% solution over the scalp..
Massage the scalp with warm coconut oil..
Take biotin and multivitamin supplements..
Drink plenty of water..
Take green leafy vegetables and fruits in diet..
