Suggest Treatment For Mastoiditis

I am CJ, I am a 48yr old Female, with Achondroplasia, I am 20mnths post op from Cervical Laminetomy. I have been having pressure headaches and pounding in the base of my skull. MRIs showing Mastoiditis possibly.I have NO ear symptoms, ie earaches, drainage, etc. what type of Dr should I seek, the Spine Surgeon is too far away

Dear radiological mastoiditis does not necessarily point out to clinical mastoiditis. Only 10-18%of people with radiological mastoiditis may have clinical mastoiditis. Dear just consult Ent surgeon if you mastoiditis clinically also treatment options are simple mastoiditis with out osteitis or periosteitis antibiotics with decongestants enough, if it is associated with it surgical mastoiectomy needed. Consult Ent surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
