Understanding your concern. As per you query you have acne medium sized acne on forehead and cheeks which occurs when sebaceous gland under the hair follicle get blocked as sebum get accumulated in clogged duct of sebaceous gland along with dead skin and bacteria they produce acne. Don't pick or touch acne. Apply apple cider vinegar then wash with warm water twice daily.I would suggest you to wash you face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your face. Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination.
