Suggest Treatment For Memory Issues In A Cardiac Patient

I am a cardiac patient under medication since 2007.At 2007 I undergone Angio plasty and two stents inserted in three blocks..Two years before Dr diagnosed B12 deficiency and suggested Injection & medicine one cycle which I completed.My current problem is forgetfullness. Recent activities are easily I forget and required some body to remind me the action to be taken by me.Why and what I have to do to avoid the forgetfulness

According to the history you provide in my opinion you should do a consultation with the neurologist specialist for further evaluation and mostly ahead MRI is needed in such condition. Please discuss with your doctor for the above.
