Suggest Treatment For Memory Loss And Mild Cerebral Atrophy

My mother who is 57 yrs old is diabetic and hypertensive since 5 yrs has got tb meningitis 3 months back.

After taking medication R CINEX,PYZINA,,BENADON,COMBUTOL,OMNACoRTIL(4o mg,now it is tapering) and Insulin she completley

became normal. From past one month or so suddenly got memory loss, delirium and also she is suffering from

giddiness, blurring of vision. MRI results show that she has mild diffuse cerebral attrophy. Is it the side effects of TB pills?or from Steroids? or the complications of TB?

Is her memory loss will be permanent or temporary?
