Suggest Treatment For Mental Confusion And Headache

I m constantly getting mentally confused now. Fear has gripped me because my coworkers are beginning to notice the odd behavior . Sometimes I have to stand for seconds to figure out which direction to go on a familiar area. Sometimes my head hurts, with sever headache on the back of my head .

You might suffering from stress and anxiety or might have gone through some problematic situation ....

So might be mental slugginess because of stress....

You might given anxiolytic drug for that along with behavioural therapy ....

Your neurological examination also done along with rule out thyroid problem for that ....

You can consult psychiatrist for proper examination and accordingly investigation....
Detail history also taken....

If needed CBC also done along with b12 estimation ...
